1 General Terms & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdt65 platform and all its services. By visiting our website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. bdt65 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amended Terms will be considered effective from the date of publication.

2 Account & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account at bdt65:

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

bdt65 is for individuals aged 21 and above only. This is a mandatory requirement. Participation by minors in any gaming activity is strictly prohibited, and if proven, the account will be closed immediately.

For identity verification, we may request one or more of the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Birth registration certificate for proof of age
• Recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The following payment methods are currently supported at bdt65:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Minimum deposit: ৳100 (same for each payment method).
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 1 hour after the request is approved.

Any third-party fees associated with deposits and withdrawals may apply and will be determined according to the relevant payment provider's rules. bdt65 does not charge any additional fees for its own transactions.

In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, bdt65 reserves the right to suspend or cancel payments and investigate the account. Any activity related to money laundering will be prevented in accordance with the law.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

bdt65 offers various bonuses and promotional offers, which are governed by the following terms:

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the maximum bonus cap of ৳8,000 applies.

Wagering Requirement: Winnings from the bonus must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered.

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — the bonus expires at the end of that period.
• No other bonus may be used while one bonus offer is active.
• bdt65 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bdt65 may forfeit the bonus.
• Wagering must be completed before any funds derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

6 Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct

The following code of conduct must be followed while playing games on the bdt65 platform:

• No fraudulent techniques, bots, or automated software may be used.
• Collusion or organized cheating with other players or against bdt65 is prohibited.
• Exploiting or abusing any technical vulnerability or error in the platform is prohibited.
• Respectful conduct toward dealers is required in live casino games.
• Harassment of other players or making inappropriate comments is strictly prohibited.

All games at bdt65 are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring impartial and fair results. If any round remains incomplete due to a technical error, bdt65 will resolve it according to its established policy.

7 Account Suspension, Restriction & Closure

bdt65 may suspend or close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse or unethical gaming practices.
• Failure to verify age or identity.

Prior to account closure, bdt65 will attempt to return the user's legitimate balance (excluding bonuses), however in cases of fraud all funds may be confiscated. To close your account voluntarily, please contact the support team.

Any dispute regarding an account closure decision by bdt65 may be submitted through the support channel. We review all valid complaints fairly.

8 Limitation of Liability

bdt65 will not be held responsible for the following:

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Issues caused by failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet connection).
• A game being interrupted mid-session due to technical disruption or internet disconnection.
• Force majeure — such as service unavailability due to natural disaster, war, or government order.
• Loss resulting from a user sharing their own password with another person.

bdt65 always strives to provide a safe and reliable platform, however the service may occasionally be unavailable for a limited time due to server maintenance or upgrades. In such cases, we will work to restore the service as quickly as possible.
